PrismMaster® Flex - Flexible Goniometer for Quality Assurance

The PrismMaster® Flex is a versatile configurable goniometer with a modular product concept. The efficient and easy to use goniometer is particularly suitable for quality assurance of prisms in optics manufacturing. The system is available in three configuration levels. In the standard configuration with one electronic autocollimator in the swivel arm the PrismMaster® Flex enables fast quality control of samples and ease of use at the same time. Besides simple comparison measurements with high speed, advanced configurations are capable of numerous measurement applications. The configuration E1 captures the position information of the swivel arm. Configuration E2 additionally captures the position information of the sample table. This enables numerous new measurement possibilities.

An optional configuration with up to two additional collimators or autocollimators flexibly enlarges the measurement functionality. By selecting the configuration and additional options the flexible goniometer is perfectly adapted to individual measurement requirements and is suitable, for example, for measuring of deflection angles or determination of the refractive index.

In its standard version as a comparison goniometer the PrismMaster® Flex enables the production-related quality testing of prisms and plano optics. Higher configuration levels additionally enable angle measurement in absolute values up to measurement of spatial angular relationships. An existing configuration is also upgradable to cover specific individual measurement tasks.
