Optimized for simplicity in use and high sample throughput WaveMaster® RI provides a fast and accurate tool for testing spherical and aspherical optics in a production environment or optical shop testing. Measurement results can be compared in real time with wavefront data from master lenses or design files thus enabling fast on-site quality checks.
WaveMaster® RI employs the reverse imaging (RI) optical setup where a point light source formed by a high quality, high-NA microscope objective is brought to the focus of the sample. A telescope system then images the transmitted wavefront from the sample's exit pupil onto the wavefront sensor.
During measurement hardware as well as software support an easy and fast change between different types of optics under test. On the software side this is enabled by the possibility to save and load individual measurement settings files, on the hardware side by using pre-adjusted locking positions and high precision collets.

Wavemaster® PRO Wafer
The Wavemaster® PRO Wafer has been designed to meet the requirements of a new generation of objective lenses that are fabricated on glass wafers, i.e. a stack of large disks of optical glass.
