WaveMaster^® PRO Wafer

The Wavemaster^® PRO Wafer has been designed to meet the requirements of a new generation of objective lenses that are fabricated on glass wafers, i.e. a stack of large disks of optical glass. Thousands of miniature lenses can be patterned into a single wafer stack and have to be individually tested and qualified at high speed.

The Wavemaster^® PRO Wafer provides a reliable and fast way for the automatic production test of large quantities of lenses on wafers. Wafers of any size up to a diameter of 8” as well as single lenses that are arranged in a tray can be analyzed at high measurement speed.

Different user defined pass and fail criteria can be used to distinguish between good and bad lenses. The measurement results are presented in a matrix which immediately gives information about the quality of each single lens together with its position in the batch.
