The TRIOPTICS TriAngle® Series Electronic Autocollimators has been extended with High Speed Detector Autocollimators with digital interface IEEE 1394. TriAngle® HS Autocollimators features high flexibility due to the compatibility with Trioptics's range of objective tubes of different focal lengths and diameters.
The TriAngle® HS Series provides not only high speed measurement but highest accuracy as well: depending on the objective focal length TriAngle HS provides an accuracy of 0.2 up to 2 arcsec and a resolution of 0.01 up to 0.1 arcsec.
The comprehensive software includes sub modules for measurement of tilt and wedge angles, prisms and polygons, alignment tasks, deflection angles etc. New software modules refer to straightness of guides or positioning of fast moving elements.
