The TriAngle® series of electronic autocollimators
is designed for outstanding performance
and flexibility. All TriAngle® instruments
share the same form factor, depending
on the chosen focal length, i.e.
objective tube, for the required measurement
resolution. The comprehensive and
comfortable OptiAngle® software communicates
with all TriAngle® autocollimators.
TriAngle® - The Most Versatile Electronic
Autocollimator
The TriAngle® electronic autocollimator is
the standard and most universal instrument
of the TriAngle® series offering a
maximum set of measurement functions
including various wedge and prism measurements.
It is equipped with a high
brightness LED light source and a high-resolution
CCD sensor. The compatibility with
objective tubes of different
focal lengths
leads to a variable
measuring range and
accuracy per formance
between 2.5
and 0.2 arcsec depending
on the focal
length.
The TriAngle® autocollimators
are ideally suited
for standard angle
measurement and
alignment purposes in
the laboratory, as well
as for the production
measurement of prisms
and wedges.
The application suite further includes
straightness and flatness measurement
tools for the mechanical engineering.
The TriAngle® electronic autocollimator is
available with 8 different objective tubes
with focal lengths ranging from 100 mm to
1000 mm.
Target Illumination
While a high power green LED of 530 nm
center wavelength is the standard light
source, other illumination types (NIR-LED,
Laser, halogene white light source) are
available for the adaption to specific
sample characteristics.
Sensor
TriAngle® series autocollimators are
equipped with modern high resolution
CCD camera sensors offering a maximum
of image quality and signal to noise ratio.
They achieve a standard measuring rate
of 30 measurements per second. Higher
measurement rates are available upon request.
The following specification for field
of view is given for standard sensor sizes.
Please ask for other sensor sizes, depending
on your requirements for field of view
and angle resolution.
