ImageMaster^® SMART PRO 5

A cost-effective solution for MTF-production testing

The latest addition to ImageMaster^® PRO 5 Line is a compact, easy-to-use MTF-production tester displaying the typical quality level of TRIOPTICS instruments at an affordable price level.

In contrast to PRO 5 the SMART PRO has just a single measurement seat enabling precise positioning of the sample. In order to facilitate repeatable positioning of the sample, the measuring chamber has been rotated by 45° and is inclined at 30°.

In the standard version the instrument is equipped with a manual focussing or fix-focus feature. Optionally the instrument can be equipped with fully automated focusing and/or centering-alignment stage. The main modules of the complex software package of ImageMaster^® PRO 5 are included in the standard delivery kit.

To provide more operator convenience and to optimize measurement time, a pass/fail display has been integrated in the instrument housing. In addition a foot switch is used to start the measurement, so that the operator can concentrate on sample handling.

ImageMaster^® SMART PRO 5 is available in versions with 5 or 9 cameras, completely manual focusing and X, Y-alignment of the sample, or fully automated and with software controlled functions.

The measuring time is less 8 seconds per sample. The standard features of the PRO Series software are also available with SMART PRO 5. Calibration of the instrument is done using certified master samples and the accuracy is directly traceable to international standards.
