ImageMaster^® PRO 5

The ImageMaster^® PRO 5 is the latest generation of TRIOPTICS MTF testers for in-line inspection. It employs an x/y scanning table with kinematic mount for the quick and precise exchange of sample trays. These sample trays are usually manufactured for a specific sample geometry and can carry hundreds to thousands of samples depending on their size.

The typical focal lengths of miniature mobile phone and digital camera lenses are in the range of 1..12 mm with sample sizes in the same range. These properties put high demands on the MTF measurement technique, since slightest tilt or positioning errors will affect the measurement accuracy.

TRIOPTICS has succeeded to reduce these influences to a minimum by employing tightly toleranced sample trays and a precise instrument adjustment. A high measurement accuracy and reproducibility is the result. For lower volume testing, e.g. larger digital camera lenses, also a single test seat can be employed.

• Integrated optical alignment tool for quick alignment and parallel setting of the reticle and mechanical reference plane (to be used for initial alignment, periodical check and after exchange of the reticle).
• Reduced keyboard -4 buttons (START, STOP, MEASURE, CUSTOM) for PC independent operation. Reduced keyboard available with optional foot switch.
